SAFETY FIRST

The thoughts and well wishes of the AM RADIO team are with everyone affected by COVID-19. At this time, all orders are being fulfilled in a safe and timely fashion, at a facility with the highest level of sanitary measures in place. Please allow an additional 14 days for your returns to be processed as we may experience delays.   

US SHIPPING

AM RADIO offers complimentary standard shipping for purchases over $100 to (and returns from) addresses within the United States. Please note once an order is placed it is not able to be amended.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

AM RADIO offers complimentary International DHL Express shipping on all orders. Please note that recipients are responsible for duties/taxes, which can be paid upfront at checkout or upon delivery based on your country. 

RETURNS

Items purchased are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 10 days of the item's original receipt of goods in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. 

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed. 

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of AM RADIO. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning & repair.

FINAL SALE

Items designated "Final Sale" on the product detail page, including any sale item discounted by 50% or more, are non-refundable. They may be returned for merchandise credit provided that they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

PREORDERS

Items available for preorder or pre-sale appear with the description and can be "Added to Cart"; the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for preorder or pre-sale, you will be charged immediately. Once your preordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
