The wunda chair level 1 class is for those who are new to the chair apparatus or those wanting to evolve their practice on the chair. The chair is an extremely challenging small apparatus that was originally invented to be an all around gym (rolled up into a chair). It focuses on stability of your core and over all body. It improves your bodies flexibility, increases your range of motion, builds strength in your arms and chest, and decreases tension in your spine and joints.
