RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your purchase. However, if it doesn’t work out within 10 business days of order receipt, please follow the below steps to ensure a smooth return process. Please note any shipping fee/s will not be refunded.

- Note the word RETURN in subject line
- Please state the order #
- Once received, we will email you a return request form to fill out that must be emailed back with all fields noted properly.
The item/s must:

Be unworn, in its original condition.

Have return tag, as originally attached.

Have branding tag(s), as originally attached.

Be in original packaging
Once your return shipment is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 21 business days. Any item returned that does not meet all of the above criteria will not be accepted, and will be returned at your expense.
U.S. Returns
We offer complimentary returns for orders shipped within the U.S. For your convenience, a pre-paid UPS shipping label and custom documents are included with each shipment. To ensure an expedient return, please include all paperwork in your shipment. The return parcel must be received in our warehouse within 7 business days from the date of return authorization for all refunds.
We will deduct $10 from your refund amount for warehouse restocking.
International Returns
Upon return authorization from AM RADIO, please return the shipment to the below address. As you will be responsible for all associated costs for the return shipment, the ship method and carrier are up to you. The return parcel must be received in our warehouse within 15 business days from the date of return authorization.
If you paid import duties and taxes and wish to apply for duty and tax refund, please contact DHL.com for a form to submit a claim to your country’s government for reimbursement. You will need to provide import and export waybills and shipping documents for your claim. AM RADIO is not responsible for your refund application.
